We offer FREE United States Postal Service 1st Class Shipping to:

    • USA (4-7 business days)
    • International (7-21 business days)
    • APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

    EXPEDITED SHIPPING 

    We offer expedited shipping options for both domestic and international orders. If your order is time sensitive, we strongly recommend selecting an expedited shipping option.

    Please be aware, FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box. If you have a PO Box and need expedited shipping, please select either USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express

    The rates are as follows:

          DOMESTIC / UNITED STATES:
          USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days): $5.00

          FedEx Express Saver (3 Business Days): $10.00

          FedEx Standard Overnight (Next Business Day): $20.00 

          USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 Day Delivery): $20.00 

           

              INTERNATIONAL:
              FedEx International Priority (3-6 Business Days): $25.00

               

              Once an order is received, and is in stock, your order will be shipped out same business day unless it is placed after 2:00PM EST (With the EXCEPTION of weekends, holidays and promotions). Orders placed over the weekend may take an extra business day to process. Hardware orders may take an additional 1-2 business days to process.

               

              If your order is not delivered within the stated delivery time frame, please follow these steps: 

              • Check your email. If there are issues with your order or with your shipping address, we will send you an email. Your order will not ship until we receive a reply. 
              • Check your tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain the tracking number for your package. You can also check the status on the "Order Lookup" tab on our website (http://natostrapsco.com/pages/order-lookup). Your tracking number will let you know if there are delays or changes in your delivery.

              If the package is listed as delivered but it is not in your possession,

              • Check with family members, roommates, and/or neighbors
              • Contact your local post office or postal carrier facility
